14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  • The product you wish to return

  • A short explanation of your request

  • Clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an unwanted product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, SoftMintio will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at declanbusiness12@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the shipping packaging

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Condition and Reduced Refunds

You may inspect a product in the same way you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store.

We may reduce the refund amount where permitted by law if the product has lost value because it was handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functionality.

Non-Returnable Products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original eligible product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be replaced at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving it.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain generally have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the products.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products within the period required by applicable law.

United Kingdom Cancellation Rights

Customers in the United Kingdom generally have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the products.

After notifying us of the cancellation, the products must be returned within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or unfit products are not affected by this policy.
